Memoir of Rati

Memoir of Rati is GMMTV’s inaugural BL period drama, stars Sarin Inpitar and Great Sapol Assawamunkong, set in 1915 Siam, during the reign of King Rama VI, Memoir of Rati follows Rati, played by Sarin Inpitar, a French-educated teacher who returns to Siam to instruct the nation's elite bureaucrats in the French language. During his six-month tenure, he meets Thee (Theerathorn) played by Great, the heir to a prominent family. As Thee introduces Rati to Siamese customs and traditions, a deep bond forms between them. However, their growing closeness faces opposition from Thee's family, who disapprove of their relationship and attempt to keep them apart. Complicating matters further, Rati discovers that Thee is entangled in an arranged marriage. Amidst societal pressures and personal dilemmas, the series explores whether their love can withstand the challenges they face and the test of conflicting situations.
