Transparent Apple
Is there such a thing as a transparent apple? Well, the term "Transparent Apple" (or "Yellow Transparent" or "White Transparent") does refer to a real apple cultivar—just not transparent in the sense of being see-through ‘cause that’s of course an AI thingy. The White Transparent apple cultivar originates from Latvia around 1850 and became known in North America as the Yellow Transparent apple. The name comes from its appearance: pale green that turns yellow, with a juicy white flesh that looks somewhat luminous—perhaps giving it a “transparent” feel.
